Laughter Therapy is way of bring laughter back into your life. This involves a 6-8 week programme where you will discuss laughter what it means to you and how it impacts your life. How to use it effectively, so you can move on with profound process of laughter. Using methods from all the leading Laughter people including Annette Goodheart, Madan Kataria and Lotte Mikkelsen, Norman Cousins and Enda judkins.
What if you could talk about your relationships, traumas, illnesses and loss and do it with some laughter, this is a very cathartic process and something you might like instead of the traditional methods.
At Pureholistics we care about you and would like to bring laughter back to your life. This unique programme is constructed so that you can look at really hard parts of your life, past, present or even future, laughter triggers the release of happy hormones boosting the immune system.
This 6-8 week programme looks at different parts of your life, you can do this on your own or with a group of people. Each session is comprised of laughter exercises, breathing and working exercises, plus fun things to thinking about and consider for the next session.
